Meet Renee – The Resilient Mama with a Heart of Gold 💛
Renee is a sweet, three-year-old mixed breed who’s finally getting her time to shine after raising seven beautiful puppies like the incredible mama she is. Now that her mom duties are done, Renee is ready to focus on her happily ever after!
This mellow girl has a gentle, low-energy vibe—perfect for someone who wants a calm companion with just the right amount of playful spirit. She adores games of fetch and tug-of-war, and when she gets excited, she hops after her toys like a little bunny—it’s as cute as it sounds!
Renee has a small limp, but don’t let that fool you—she doesn’t let anything slow her down. Whether she’s trotting after her favorite toy or soaking up the sunshine, she’s always up for enjoying the simple pleasures in life.
She’s also house-trained, crate-trained, and a model house guest. Renee prefers to be your one and only pet—she’s waited long enough for her turn in the spotlight, and she’s ready to soak up all the love and attention you’ve got to give.
Renee needs to undergo heartworm treatment and will be available through our foster-to-adopt program until she completes it. That means she can start settling into her forever home now, while we continue to cover her treatment.
If you’re looking for a loyal, low-key best friend with a heart as big as her soulful eyes, Renee might just be the one. She’s done taking care of others—now it’s her turn to be cherished. Apply to adopt Renee!

Adoption Fee includes spay/neuter*, microchipping, up-to-date vaccinations, and current heartworm and flea/tick preventatives.
*If pet is not old enough to be spayed or neutered prior to adoption, a $50.00 credit will be paid to your vet at the time of surgery.
We require a veterinary reference for current pet owners, and pets must be up to date on vaccines and heartworm preventative. We meet potential adopters in their homes and introduce the pets to the family's current pets to see if it is a good match. A copy of our adoption contract can be requested via email.
