NEWBIE ALERT!!
Meet Angel Aka Little Girl. This sweet girl orginally came to us 2 years ago super sickly from an overcrowded shelter. Sadly, one of her owners died and now she is in need of a new home. She is approximately two years old and 51 pounds. She is up-to-date on all vaccinations, heartworm negative, and is on simparica trio for heartworm, flea and tick prevention. She is house trained and crate trained. Good with kids of all ages. Newborns to teenagers. She loves to snuggle and prefers sleeping under a blanket. Having 1 eye has never slowed her down. She’s the perfect girl and ready to find her perfect family!
Our adoptions are NOT on a first come first serve basis and there is no fee to apply! We never state any animal is fully House-trained. New environments, situations, families, routines, ect. can lead to accidents even with the most well trained animals.
All dogs have a $175 adoption fee which includes vet check, age appropriate shots (atleast 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if atleast 16 weeks) and spay/neuter! Puppies will be altered before adoption. All rescues and shelters practice pediatric spay and neuter. This is essential in our rescue efforts and it is a policy that we will stick by. All dogs over 8 weeks and 2 pounds will be altered before adoption. There are no exceptions to this rule on all healthy and adoptable dogs. We have researched and discussed in depth with multiple vets everything on pediatric spay and neuter and from a rescue stand point it must be done. Please do not ask for an extension on spay and neutering, it will NOT be granted on a healthy puppy!
Puppies/Dogs that are not available for adoption due to vetting not being complete can be reserved with an approved application and a non refundable $50 deposit. Deposits can ONLY be submitted once the rescue has been in contact on your approval and it has been requested through Wags and Whiskers. This deposit is applied to your adoption fee and the remaining $125 is due at pick up.
