My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Anthony Ivo is a supervillain featured in a number of DC Comics. He is a mad scientist who is the creator of the android villain, Amazo. Ivo used his own scientific discoveries to make himself nearly immortal and invulnerable, causing him to become monstrous in the process… We have a sweet baby named Ivo who thinks his namesake sounds like a pretty scary guy. He wonders how in the world he got the same name! The only explanation is that he was named on opposites day at the shelter.

We’re pretty sure that if a comic book was written to feature our Ivo, he would be the handsome, good-natured hero who saves the day! At least his volunteer friends think so:

“Ivo is very sweet and is a beautiful dog. He`s so smart and would benefit from having an owner that loves to hike, bike, run, or briskly walk. Once he has some energy out he`s attentive, loving, and happy to be by your side. Shelter life is tough on Ivo because he`s so smart and wants to be out and about with his person.”

“Ivo is super handsome and he gives the most mesmerizing eye contact. Easy to leash and as soon as he gets to the play yard, he starts zooming around. He’s a fun and goofy pup and I love watching him play. I love this boy.`

Ivo was found as a stray and his finder reported that he was very sweet and friendly with other dogs and people, including kiddos. He’d like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to ensure a good fit.

Ivo has SO MUCH love to give and he is waiting patiently for someone to save the day by taking him home! Come meet him today!
