Hi everyone, my name is Esmerelda, and I was recently captured in a local town by the animal control officer. I was in an alleyway with lots of garbage and other detritus. He called the rescue hoping there was space and thankfully they were able to take me in right away.
I am a gorgeous and oh so friendly dutch mix breed bun. I have been a happy and friendly bun since the day I arrived so everyone in the rescue is unsure why whoever had me would dump me on the street. I have been seen by the vet and received a clean bill of health and was also spayed. We were worried since I was a stray I could be pregnant but thankfully that was not the case.
We believe I am no older than two years of age and I am full grown at 4 1/2 lbs.
I am eating a proper diet of Oxbow Adult Timothy pellets, lots of timothy hay and a big bowl of fresh water that is changed daily. I love my daily salad of dark leafy greens and that can include romaine, red and green leaf lettuce, carrot tops and dandelions. I also love my treats so please do not forget small pieces of banana, apple and carrots and even a few blueberries.
I would probably be a great bonding candidate for any neutered males searching for a wife!!!

All adopters are required to sign an adoption contract and agree to provide a forever indoor home for their bun. Single bunnies are 85.00 and bonded buns are 150.00. If for any reason you are not able to keep the bun they are to be returned to the rescue.

After fostering for over 20 years I decided it was time to open my own rescue. Bunnies are intelligent caring sensitive creatures who blossom in the right environment. They have much more spunk and personality than most people realize . You will be a convert once you have the chance to experience first hand how wonderful a compainon they can be.
