Triton is a wonderful, well-mannered boy looking for his forever home. He listens extremely well and is well trained and fully potty trained, making him an easy addition to the right family.
He’s around 3 years old and does great with other dogs — he gets along well and plays gently, so he’s a good fit for homes with canine companions.
Triton also does very well with kids. I have five nieces, (ages 2-15) and when they’re around, he is respectful of their space. He allows them to pet him calmly and will walk away on his own when he’s had enough, showing excellent boundaries and self-awareness.
When it comes to cats, Triton has been curious but respectful. In my experience, he was a bit skittish and kept his distance, watching the cat but never showing aggression or attempting to attack.
Triton will thrive with an owner who can provide a firm, consistent hand, ongoing training, and regular playtime. He needs someone who understands that he’s an active, intelligent dog and should not be confined to a kennel all day while they’re at work. He does best with structure, engagement, and time spent together.
