Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Phyllis Diller (born around July of 2021) is a small mixed breed with wild hair and endless energy who came to Safe Haven after being picked up as a stray by the municipal shelter. She gets along great with other small dogs and strangers, she loves to run with wild abandon and explore in our dog park, and she enjoys hopping in her kiddie pool on hot summer days. Phyllis is looking for a forever family who can keep up with her energy level and provide her plenty of companionship and affection.
