Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Aww, meet SillyTilly!
Foster mom raves about Tilly! She just loves being in a home! Tilly walks very well on lead. She fetches. Oh and she loves being hugged and kissed! Tilly is completely trustworthy in the home alone.
This sweet, playful girl loves her toys especially squeaky balls and treat puzzles. She is active, super friendly and loves attention, though small kids can be a bit much for her. She loves baths, car rides, and is a very low shedder.
Tilly is very food motivated which is helping her become a training superstar! She is doing really well with her training routines.
If you are looking for a loyal companion who will keep you laughing, join you on adventures, and always be up for a snack or toy session, Tilly might just be your perfect match!
Tilly is 2 years old and weighs 53 lbs.
Location: Foster home
The adoption fee for adult dogs, seven months and older, is $250. All pets are microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and will be altered prior to adoption. Dogs may be in a foster home, therefore scheduling an appointment is necessary. If you have an existing dog at home, we recommend bringing it along to meet your possible new family member. helpingstrays.org

Go meet their pets
We welcome you to stop by our facility located at 4221 Hanover Road in Columbia, IL.
We promote the humane care of all abandoned and stray animals in our community. We are a no-kill shelter. All of our pets leave the shelter for their forever homes micro-chipped, up to date on vaccines, and altered.
Founded in 2002, Helping Strays is a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization supported entirely by donations.
Our lucky animals receive appropriate medical care, are featured on the Helping Strays website "adoption list" and are taken to several adoption events every month in an attempt to find permanent, loving homes.
