My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Get ready to meet Peele, a truly special boy who is ready to become your most devoted companion! This handsome, low-energy charmer is the epitome of a gentle giant, combining an outgoing personality with an undeniable love for his humans. Peele is a total cuddle bug and wonderfully clingy, happiest when he's right by your side, joining you in every adventure (or nap!).

Peele is a perfectly mannered houseguest: he is reliably potty-trained and happily crate-trained. He's also a minimal barker, ensuring a peaceful home environment. While he loves to play gently with his humans, he can get a little "amped up" and rowdy when the fun really starts, showing off his playful spirit!

This sweet boy adores people, especially kids! He's great with children, and his foster mom reports his favorite activity is taking naps with people. He even made a fan club at the bus stop, where the neighbor kids thought he was "so cool!" Peele is also a fantastic road trip buddy, loving car rides and remaining wonderfully calm throughout the journey. In public, he's a star, knowing "sit" and "leave it." He's also quite the hopeful optimist, patiently waiting for dropped treasures during meal times (wishful thinking, he says!).

While Peele is a calm, gentle, and lower-energy dog who is dog-friendly, he has made it clear he's not a fan of cats and would do best in a feline-free home. He also prefers smooth floors over stairs, so a ranch-style home or a patient family to help him would be ideal. But don't let that dampen his sparkle—he absolutely loves sprinklers and finds pure joy in splashing around!

If you're looking for a devoted, cuddly, and calm companion who will adore you unconditionally and make every day brighter, Peele is your guy!
