This sweet ten-pound, dog-friendly girl is already showing so much potential! She seems
house-trained, walks beautifully on leash, and loves to snuggle (when she’s not bounding around, that is!) She’s not fully crate-trained and has a bit of separation anxiety, but settles quickly. She’s treat-motivated and eager to please.
Celine knows “sit” and “come,” and responds well to redirection commands like “leave it” and “off.” She plays nicely with toys and enjoys being near her people, and despite her canine foster sibling being 3x her size and towering over her, she’s not intimidated and eager to play!
Celine seems to be most confident on walks beside another dog and would do best in a home with another dog or with a knowledgeable family who is committed to developing her confidence.
The foster states, “Celine is a smart, playful pup who loves people and other dogs. She settles in quickly, enjoys toys, and would do best with another energetic dog. She’s leash-trained, knows basic commands, and is very affectionate—though she can be a little anxious when left alone. No cats for this girl, but with patience at the start, she’ll adapt beautifully to her new home.”
With patience, training, and love, she’ll blossom into an incredible companion. (RS)
