However, once trust is established, he gradually becomes more relaxed and composed. Tux thrives in an indoor or outdoor environment that provides him with a sense of safety and security. He would be best suited for a calm household without young children or energetic animals. While Tux enjoys the company of other cats and can tolerate some dogs, he prefers the companionship of other felines.
