Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Miso is a young, sweet indoor kitty who’s ready for her forever home! She originally came to the shelter as a tiny kitten and was adopted, but through no fault of her own was returned when someone in her home turned out to be allergic. Now, she’s hoping for a second chance at a permanent family.
Miso is a mellow, gentle girl who enjoys quiet time, cozy hiding spots, and playing with toys. She loves curling up in cat trees and absolutely enjoys lap time once she feels comfortable. While she’s affectionate and very loving, she also has an independent side and is okay entertaining herself for short periods - though she doesn’t love being left alone for too long.
She can be a little timid around children, especially energetic ones, but is tolerant and does best with calm, respectful kids. Miso is especially friendly with older humans and thrives in a peaceful home environment. She may take some time to warm up to other cats, but she has lived with them successfully in the past. She hasn’t been exposed to dogs.
Described by everyone who meets her as very sweet and loving, Miso would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a gentle, affectionate cat who enjoys both cuddle time and her own space.
