My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Birdy, a petite 2-year-old spayed female with a heart full of love and a calm, friendly spirit. This sweet girl has a gentle way of drawing you in—whether she’s lounging in a sunny spot or soaking up your affection, Birdy’s presence brings peace and warmth to any home. She adores being close to her humans and will happily spend her days basking in the sun and enjoying every bit of love you offer. If you're looking for a mellow, affectionate companion, Birdy might be your perfect match.

More about this shelter

We are a non-profit orginization relying on donations. We do have a contract witht the county to provide shelter for strays brought in. We have limited space but try to get our animals back to thier families and if that can not be accomplished we work hard on finding them new homes.
We do what we do because we love animals. We are realistic in in efforts, understand the problem and work towards educating the public on what needs to be done to prevent over population.
