My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Geo, the “too-cool-for-snuggles” kitten who secretly lives for affection.
Geo was rescued with her sister Allegra and their brave mama after surviving life under a burned-out car on Skid Row. Despite her rough start, Geo has grown into one of the most endearing little cats you’ll ever meet.

She may act a little aloof at first—pretending to be tough—but the moment you scoop her up, she melts into your arms. Geo loves to be held, nuzzled, and carried around like the baby she still is. She’s on the quieter side, with a tiny pouty face that could melt the iciest heart.

Geo is great with other cats and respectful dogs who don’t mistake her for a toy. Her fur is silky soft, and she even sports adorable half-pink, half-black paw beans—yes, she’s as cute as she sounds.

Geo is ready for her forever home where she can nap in sunbeams, play with her sister, and finally enjoy a life as peaceful as her personality.

Their adoption process

1.

Submit Application

If you are interested in a dog (or dogs), please fill out an application for review. All of our dogs are in individual foster homes.

2.

Interview

Please allow up to 72 hours for your application to be reviewed. If you are approved for a meet and greet, we will contact you via email.

3.

Approve Application

Once your application is approved to meet the dog, we will arrange a formal meet with the foster parent.

4.

Meet the Pet

The meet and greet helps you and the dog begin to get acquainted and see if there’s potential to form a forever bond.

5.

Home Check

If the meet goes well and it’s a great potential fit, we do a home visit. After the home visit, we begin a week long home trial.

6.

Take the Pet Home

We do a 7 day home trial prior to all adoptions. During this time we check in via phone and this allows you to ensure it’s the right fit.

7.

Pay Fee

After the trial is complete, you pay their respective adoption fee, sign the adoption agreement, and receive a certificate and records.

Additional adoption info

We are a foster based organization so as our dogs are in individual foster homes, potential adopters must be pre-approved to meet a dog to ensure it’s a potential fit before taking the time to meet them. We are also always looking for new Foster’s which is a great way to meet new dogs before committing to the right fit furever!
