What if I told you this dog was hairless when we first met him in August? Well it is true! But thanks to our great medical team, his hair has grown back and he looks great! This is Norman and he is a cute boy with an outgoing personality. He doesn't mind speaking up when he needs to be petted! Norman prefers his friends be adults, but he will share space with other dogs easily. Norman is just waiting to get rescued from this boring life!
