My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Oyster – The Ultimate Charmer! ✨🐾

At 10 months old, Oyster has officially grown into his role as the leading man of the trio — and he knows it. Handsome, confident, and ridiculously lovable, this boy is the first to greet you, the first to climb into your lap, and the last to leave your side.

Oyster is pure charisma wrapped in fur. He thrives on attention, lives for pets, and has never met a lap he didn’t claim as his own. Playtime? He’s in. Snuggles? Absolutely. Supervising whatever you’re doing? Front and center. With his easygoing personality and social butterfly energy, he keeps things lively with his sisters Stuffie and Chowder and makes friends wherever he goes.

He’s happiest in a home full of love, activity, and people who appreciate a kitten who’s equal parts playful goofball and devoted cuddle buddy.

Because he’s still young and full of energy, Oyster must be adopted with Stuffie or Chowder, or into a home with another friendly, playful cat to keep his fun-loving spirit thriving.

If you’re looking for a confident, affectionate, lap-stealing heartthrob who will charm absolutely everyone he meets, Oyster is your guy. 💙✨

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process is detailed and takes time because we strive to match each adopter with the perfect cat while ensuring our cats find the best possible homes.

Please be sure to read a cat's full bio before applying! We do our best to keep bios updated as we learn more about each cat or as circumstances change. The bio is the best place to find the most current and important information about their needs, personality, and ideal home.

Why Was a Cat’s Bio Removed?

From time to time, you may notice that a cat’s bio has been removed from our website. There are several possible reasons for this, and we want to provide some clarity.

Most often, a bio is removed because the cat has been adopted — which is always wonderful news!

In other cases, a bio may be temporarily taken down because the cat is receiving medical care or treatment, and we want to focus on their recovery before accepting new applications.

Sometimes, we remove a bio because we’ve received an overwhelming number of applications and need time to carefully review them. We work hard to thoughtfully match each cat with the best possible home, and that process takes time.

Lastly, a bio may be removed if the cat has an upcoming meet-and-greet, and we are waiting to see how that visit goes before moving forward.

If a cat’s bio is no longer posted, it simply means they are not currently available for new applications. We always update our website as soon as a cat becomes available again.

Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our rescue efforts! 🐾
