My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bean: Your Future Best Friend!

Bean is a 2-year-old Labrador retriever mix with a heart of gold. This sweet girl is a true lover and is looking for a family who can return all the affection she has to give. Give her a good ear rub and she’ll melt right into you. And when she flashes her silly, loving grin, you’ll find yourself smiling right back!

She gets along with all sized dogs and humans. Bean would even thrive in a home with another dog to play with throughout the day. We're unsure how she is with cats, but we do know she’s spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on all her vaccinations.

Could you be the one to give this happy girl the forever home she deserves?

Please complete an adoption application at www.pathwaysforpaws.com. If she fits your family and lifestyle, you will be contacted within 48 hours.

Additional adoption info

In some circumstances, meeting the dog and a home check are done at the same time if the dog is ready to be adopted. We do have conversation with potential adopters prior to them meeting the dog. If they are interested in adopting a puppy who is not ready for adoption (not altered, not UTD, etc) they are able to put a hold on the pup until ready for adoption.

More about this rescue

Pathways for Paws was founded in October 2019. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit, no-kill, animal welfare organization.

Our mission is to make spay/neuter & vaccinations affordable to those in our communities. By achieving this, we will help prevent the neglect & abuse of dogs. All dogs in our care are spay/neutered, given the age appropriate vaccinations and microchipped before going to their FURever families.

We work with rescues & fellow animal advocates to continue growing a network of volunteers and supporters.
