Meet Oreo, the Ultimate Couch Companion

Oreo is a 6–7-year-old pit bull terrier mix with the sweetest soul and the snuggliest heart. Her favorite hobby is sleeping on your lap, of course. With her calm, lazy demeanor, Oreo is the happiest sunbathing in a warm patch of light or curling up on the couch with her humans. While she loves to relax, she still enjoys her walks and will occasionally surprise you with a burst of zoomies when she’s feeling playful!
Personality:
Oreo is affectionate, mellow, and very human-oriented. She’s incredibly comfortable around people and thrives on companionship and cuddles.
Training & Home Life:
House-trained and crate-trained
Knows basic leash manners (will “sit” and “leave it” on cue!)
Happy to kennel on command and loves her crate as a safe space
Does best with structure and calm, predictable routines
Other Pets: NO OTHER PETS!
Oreo can be VERY reactive with other dogs, particularly smaller breeds, so she MUST be the only pet in the home. Out of an abundance of caution, she’s looking for a single-dog household where she can soak up all the love and attention. Secured backyard would be great!❤️🐶
Health:
Oreo is up to date on all vaccinations and has been heartworm-free for the past three years following successful treatment via the fast-kill method. She has no chronic health conditions, though she occasionally regurgitates after drinking water quickly and does best with a slow-feeder bowl. Like many pitties, she gets a touch of seasonal allergies, but nothing that holds her back.
Oreo’s Dream Home:
A cozy, calm home with a soft couch, a sunny spot by the window, and a human (or two) who love to snuggle. She doesn’t ask for much—just love, a lap, and a walk or two a day.
