Let me paint you a picture of my ideal day: It starts with me doing my happy dance because someone's reaching for my leash - I am PASSIONATE about my walks! Sure, I'm still working on my "chill out when I see other dogs and people" skills, but hey, nobody's perfect, right?
Next up? Time to channel my inner athlete! Whether I'm dominating a game of fetch, conducting serious squirrel research in the yard, or making waves in the backyard pool, I bring 110% energy to everything I do!
But here's where I get really special - I’m a big love at heart and once I get to know you and feel safe, I am yours forever!! I will become your devoted sidekick, ready for movie nights, morning snuggles, and being the best shadow you've ever had! and because I bond so strongly with my humans, it would be best if there are no small kids in the house.
I'm also a total gentleman when it comes to house manners and grooming (these good looks don't maintain themselves!). It takes a while for me to be comfortable with other dogs in the house, but once I do we are best friends. But no cats, please! I've already mastered the art of toy hunting - seriously, I've found every single one in this place!

Florida Coastal Cocker Rescue (FCCR) is a non-profit organization located in SW Florida. We are dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and re-homing Cocker Spaniels throughout the state of Florida and neighboring states. We rely 100% on donations and volunteers to help us take care of our dogs. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccines and rabies, heartworm tested, flea and heartworm treatment, and microchip.
FCCR carefully screens all of our potential furever and foster homes to ensure that our pups will have safe and loving homes. Some of our dogs come from shelters and abusive situations and we want to make sure that they will only see love the rest of their lives.
