My basic info
Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Pair of standard grey males #1 & #3 from hoarding case
--unknown ages-- (one is an adult, other is probably 4-6 months as of 8/2025)
**these boys are two of 10 chinchillas that we got in as part of a hoarding case... the girls are still on pregnancy watch, but these two males have cleared quarantine and are ready to find their new home**
**as there was only one adult male out of the 10 chinchillas (#3), it is likely that he is the father of many of the others including the younger male (#1), so this is most likely a father / son pair**
--very sweet boys
--curious and come right up to the front of the cage if you give them a moment to warm up
--fairly outgoing!
--they have their moments... sometimes they're easier to pick up and other times they make you work for it
--both do pretty well with being handled and petted once you've got them out
--probably would enjoy playtime

Farmhand comments: "#1 -- tiny and fast, not a mean bone in his body but he sure will bounce away sometimes.
#3 -- a little more shy, but still friendly. Energetic upon first coming out, but once he's settled he's pretty chill."

These chinchillas are located in Wolcott, Indiana (47995 about 30 minutes north of Lafayette, IN. We may be able to help / arrange for transport / delivery though various transport services. Inquire for more info.
