My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Poptart—also known as Poppy—is a sweet, quirky little pup who knows exactly what she likes. She isn’t currently living with any other dogs, but she has lived with dogs before—and from that experience, we know she’d do best in a home with either no dogs or very easygoing companions. Poppy loves her toys, treasures her personal space, and thrives in a calm, predictable environment.

She also has a huge cuddly side. If you work from home, she’ll happily curl up beside you (or on top of you!) all day long. She’s the perfect little shadow—affectionate, loyal, and always ready for snuggles. And her favorite thing in the world? Tennis balls. She’ll carry them around proudly and even fall asleep with one tucked under her chin.

One unique thing about Poppy: she’s allergic to mosquitos! With dog-safe spray and the occasional Benadryl, it’s simple to manage—but it does mean she prefers cozy indoor living over long outdoor adventures. If your perfect day involves snacks, cuddles, and a Netflix marathon, Poppy will be your ideal companion.

If you’ve been missing a warm, flaky breakfast pastry in your life, don’t wait—get your application in for this little Poptart today!
