If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
We adopted Luna from the Humane Society when she was just three months old. She is a very sweet, loving dog who has been a joy to train. Luna still has her playful puppy energy, gets along wonderfully with other dogs and children, and hardly ever barks. She’s eager to please and truly doesn’t have a mean bone in her body.
It is with heavy hearts that we are looking to rehome her. Unfortunately, my allergies have made it difficult to manage her shedding, and with our busy schedules we haven’t been able to give her the daily walks and attention she deserves. We can tell she’s not as happy as she could be, and we want more for her.
Luna is a wonderful companion who will thrive with a family that has the time and space to love her as much as she will love them. She has even done great on road trips and travels well. She truly is a special dog, and we hope to find her the perfect forever home.
