My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

DOB:  07/01/18

Mandee is a beautifully fluffy gray and white tuxedo kitty who came into GRASP care when her owner moved. Mandee is quite shy and hid under her blanket for the first couple weeks.

She is starting to approach her foster mom when she enters her room (so we can tell she's interested in getting love, attention, and food).

Mandee has been bullied by cats in the past, so she would do best in a peaceful environment with patient humans (adults or teenagers). She can be intimidated by fast moving objects and people.

She may do well with a calm respectful cat with a slow introduction, but would likely be very happy as an only kitty!

This cat has been combo-tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV, received all age-appropriate vaccinations and is altered.

More about this rescue

G.R.A.S.P. stands for Greece Residents Assisting Stray Pets. GRASP's goal is to give animals, primarily those picked up by Greece Animal Control, a second chance for a safe, happy, and healthy life. Before G.R.A.S.P., Inc. was formed, animals that were not claimed by their owners were routinely euthanized. We also strive to educate the public on the benefits of spay/neuter and the need to tag their pets at all times. G.R.A.S.P., Inc. is a non-profit organization and is completely dependent upon donations from the public.
