Asher is a 5-month-old hound mix with a heart as big as his floppy ears! He and his littermates were found abandoned in the woods before being rescued by a kind volunteer at Paws Fur Recovery. Since then, Asher has been learning the ropes — he’s getting basic training from our staff, picking things up quickly, and showing just how eager he is to please.
This sweet pup loves to play catch, enjoys pup cups, and would thrive in a home with a fenced-in yard where he can stretch his legs and play to his heart’s content. He’s great with other dogs, social, and full of the gentle, happy energy that makes him so special.

If you do not own your own home - Paws Fur Recovery will need to contact your landlord or HOA to verify that you are allowed to have pets. We will also need to perform an in-person house check to verify that your home is suitable for pets (enough space, fenced in yard, etc). We will need to meet all residents of your home, including any adults, children, pets both inside & out - to make sure your home is suitable for the dog you are seeking to adopt. This is not an exhaustive list of requirements. Every dog's situation is different and every adoption will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of a Paws Fur Recovery representative.
