My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Our darling Wren is eagerly searching for her forever home where she can finally leave boarding behind!

After spending a whole month in a shelter, we’re really hoping she finds her perfect match soon. She deserves a super cozy haven where she can unwind and discover that everything is going to be just fine. Once she decides you’re her special person, you’ll have a loyal bestie for life, sticking by your side through thick and thin. She’s such a sweetheart—calm, gentle, and just craving lots of love and cuddles. She’s wonderful with kids, and we suspect she might have been a mama dog before, showing those nurturing instincts. If you’re considering adopting Wren but aren’t quite ready to commit, we offer a foster-to-adopt option, giving you the chance to ensure it’s a perfect fit for both of you! Whether it’s fostering, adopting, or foster-to-adopt, we’re incredibly grateful and simply want this precious girl to find her loving home.

Go meet their pets

Scout's Honor Rescue does not currently have its own facility to keep the animals in its adoption program. All animals in our program are fostered by individuals who keep the dog or cat at their residence until it is adopted. Consider opening your home to a dog or cat in need. You become the caregiver to a precious animal – their future is in your hands! It is incredibly rewarding to know that you have given that animal the two most precious gifts- Life and Love. For many of them, this is the first kind hand they have known.
