Crescent Roll's RAD Report Card - Today I got to walk on the Greenway with my brother Bernie Mac! I'm a very good car rider, and I even helped encourage Bernie Mac out the car too. I was friendly and fun, plus easy to walk! The whole time I remained happy, wiggly, and friendly! It also become apparent that I am a nice medium energy level.

Crescent Roll's RAD Report Card - Today I got to walk on the Greenway(2 miles), pick out a toy and treats, and meet lots of new people! I was very playful, friendly, and loving/affectionate. I was very excited to meet new people while out! I walked very well on the leash, and I showed no hesitation on the trail or in Wag n Wash. I was very brave and had a lot of fun! I was also very affectionate!

RAD Trip Report Card- Today I got to go on a 4-mile hike at Explore Park! I listen very well and am a very sweet pup! I love looking at squirrels and being outside! I would make a great hiking dog.

Contact Friends of RCACP on Facebook for information on how to donate directly towards our pets in need of supplies and medical care! For any blankets, beds, toys, towels, bowls etc., please come by the shelter to donate in person.

Their adoption process

1.
Submit Application

This may be done ahead of time online or in person during our adoption hours: Monday-Saturday between 1-4pm.

2.
Approve Application

Online apps: 1-2 business days to approve In-Person: Typically, under 10 minutes

3.
Meet the Pet

We offer scheduled and walk in meet and greets with an approved application.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

Once you've picked a pet to adopt, there will be a small amount of paperwork. This typically takes less than 30 mins.

5.
Take the Pet Home

We supply a collar and leash, toys, treats, and a small amount of transitional food to take home with you!

Additional adoption info

The first step in adopting through RCACP is to complete an Adoption Application at www.rcacp.org or in-person at our shelter.

Adoption fees:
• $80 Dogs/puppies in the shelter less than 21 days
• $30 Dogs/puppies in the shelter over 21 days
• $0 Cats/kittens have their adoption fees waived with approved adoption applications
