Meet Jovi – The Sweetheart Who Chose Love Over the Streets 💛

From the moment Jovi arrived as part of a TNR effort, it was clear he wasn’t your typical streetwise tom. Despite being under the weather, she greeted us with gentle eyes and a heart full of trust. Her affectionate nature shone through even when he didn’t feel his best, and we knew she deserved more than a life outdoors.

Now fully recovered and thriving, Jovi is ready to trade alleyways for armchairs. Animal Harbor requires a signed adoption contract and a fee to adopt a pet. Adoption fees are $110 for cats and kittens and $200 for dogs and puppies. All of our pets are vet checked. They are given age-appropriate shots, micro-chipped, and spayed or neutered before adoption. Adult dogs are tested for heartworms and put on heartworm preventive. Cats are tested for FeLV and FIV, then given preventive vaccines. All of our pets are given rabies shots when they are old enough. They are all also treated with a flea preventive and heartworm prevention.

Animal Harbor is a full-service animal shelter facility located at 56 Nor-Nan Rd in Winchester, TN. Turn on AEDC Hwy across from the Winchester Wal-Mart and go less than a mile before seeing us on the right. We are open by appointment Tuesday-Saturday. Call us at 931-962-4472 during our open phone hours Tuesday-Friday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm to make an appointment.

* Provide health care and temporary shelter for the many lost and homeless companion animals.
* Find new loving homes for these pets.

* Educate the community about animal welfare.
