Fiona is a 2 year 10 month old Chihuahua/Jack Russell mix weighing 10 pounds. She came to the shelter as an owner surrender. Even as an owner surrender we don't know much about her past. What we do know is that Fiona is a love bug with a gentle soul. She's a cuddle bug and loves to give kisses and overall is a happy little girl. She'll be your shadow (separation anxiety). She definitely has experienced past trauma and can be fearful in different scenarios. She can also be a drama queen (at the veterinarian or taking medication). She's vocal in many ways, crying, barking, howling. Working on potty pad training and housebreaking. Loves to go on walks. Crate trained. She is terrified of cats!
Her adoption fee is $200, this includes her spay, heartworm test, vaccines current, deworming, heartworm/flea prevention and micro chipped. Her dog license is also required to be purchased for Sandusky County residents at time of adoption, which is an additional $21.00.
Please visit the shelter to meet her, we show dogs Monday through Friday 1pm-4:30pm and Saturday 1pm-3:30pm. Once you have visited the shelter, you are then eligible to submit an adoption application for review.
