Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Thirteen-year-old Banjo is a mellow, affectionate, and charming fawn gentleman who loves the simple pleasures of life, soft naps, cozy company, and mealtimes just the way he likes them. Though blind, he navigates his world with confidence as long as his human is nearby. Banjo doesn’t like to be left alone and will let out the softest little howl if he feels forgotten, but when he’s with his people, he’s one of the most chill pugs around. He is housetrained, sometimes enjoys resting in his crate after meals, and is content snoozing in bed with other pugs, or with his humans. At mealtime, Banjo can be a bit picky and likes his kibble softened and mixed. He’ll guard his food if another dog approaches, so supervised meals or a private dining spot work best. Banjo would thrive in a calm household where someone is home most of the time to keep him company. He’d do fine with polite dogs but would also be perfectly happy as an only pug soaking up all the love. If you’re looking for a sweet senior companion who simply wants to be by your side, Banjo might be just for you. Apply at dfwpugs.com. * All of our pugs are fostered throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area. We adopt to all lower 48 states, but adopters must travel to Texas for pickup.
