My Journey I was rescued from the streets of Tijuana along with my three siblings. After some time in foster care, I’ve grown from a shy kitten into a confident, curious young cat who’s ready to find her forever home.
My Social Life I’ve learned that people can be pretty great, and I continue to grow more comfortable with human companionship every day. I enjoy being around others once I’ve had a little time to settle in. Other cats ? Dogs ? Kids ?I haven’t met every type of friend yet, but with gentle introductions and patience, I’m likely to adapt well.
My Personality Playful, curious, and quietly confident. I like to take my time at first, but once I feel safe, my fun-loving personality shines. I’m an explorer at heart and enjoy discovering new spaces, climbing high, and staying engaged with my surroundings.
I Enjoy… Climbing cat trees and surveying my kingdom from above Chasing feather toys and interactive play Exploring new rooms and cozy hiding spots A calm environment where I can feel secure and curious
I’m Not a Fan Of… Rushing introductions or too much commotion right away. I do best when I’m given time and space to get comfortable at my own pace.
What Makes Me Special I’m a beautiful tuxedo girl with a wonderful balance of independence and affection. Watching me grow more confident each day is incredibly rewarding—I blossom beautifully once I know I’m safe.
My Perfect Home I’d thrive in a home that understands that confidence can bloom with patience. A calm, loving environment with space to climb, play, and explore would be ideal. With gentle guidance and affection, I’ll continue to shine and become a loyal, fun companion.

Smittens isn’t just another cat rescue.
We are a coalition of volunteers with a spay/neuter mission, dedicated to helping both stray and owned animals in the greater San Diego area get fixed, receive veterinary care, and whatever else they may need! Smittens works with shelters and other rescues to route cats to proper vet care and eventual homes, and we take in stray cats who need help getting off the street. We also support TNR for feral cats, and assist cat and dog owners to get their own pets fixed and vaccinated at a low cost.
