Gigi’s ideal family will see her for who she is: a loving companion who simply needs the right environment to thrive. She is not a dog who can be left alone all day or who will enjoy dog parks, but she is the dog who will be your shadow, your best friend, and your source of laughter and comfort every day. She will curl up next to you, watch TV by your side, and will always be up for a walk or backyard adventure
At 4 years old, Gigi is smart, playful, expressive, and full of puppy-like energy. She adores people and does well with children. She would love a home with a yard where she can run, explore, and chase squirrels. Because she is reactive to other dogs, Gigi needs to be the only pet. She also has separation anxiety and may chew or drool when left alone, so a family where someone is home most of the time will be the best fit.
It breaks my heart to say goodbye, but I know the right people will see how special Gigi is and give her the life I cannot.
