Maverick is a very outgoing, spirited and sociable dude, who enjoys the company of people! He is easy going about the activity of the day, and happily follows along with whatever you've got planned. He does prefer a quieter environment, making him more of a study-buddy than a party animal when it comes to hanging out. He's always up for going hiking or running around in the backyard, though car rides are not high on his list of fun activities. He is also very devoted and loving towards his people, so be sure to stock up on all his favorite treats to reward him for all the doggie snuggles. Maverick would do well in a home with children over the age of 10-13, and can be selective of the company of other dogs; we do not think he would do well in a home with cats.
