My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Anna was born Jan 5th 2025.  Her DNA profile is a mix between Border Collie, Hound, and Great Pyrenees.  Anna is submissive with other dogs and comes off shy during introductions.  Once she gets to know you her puppy side comes out.  She enjoys chasing other dogs in the yard and playing fetch.  She has not mastered bringing the ball back during fetch, but is a work in progress at her young age.  Anna is mostly potty trained with a very few accidents in her new environment.  She is learning to ask to go outside by using a bell on the door.  Anna enjoys pulling every dog toy out of the box and dissecting the stuffed toys so touch chew toys would be best.  She has not chewed on anything beyond dog toys though.  Anna is a medium sized dog that would do fine with kids of all ages.  She has not met a cat yet, but with her submissive behavior would likely be fine with the right introduction.  She is fixed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped.

Her adoption fee is $500

Once you submit an application for a specific pet the foster home will review the application, follow up with any reference, and then reach out to set up a home check. At the home check you will meet the pet and we will conduct the interview. If things go as planned you can complete the adoption that day. For caged pets we require all the supplies be there and set up.

More about this rescue

We are a group of volunteers whose passion for animals have led us into the animal rescue community. We focus on local animals that are homeless, neglected, abused, or need a new home, and bring them to safety. Our goal is to educate, rehabilitate, and help connect animals with their forever home. Through education we hope to end the mistreatment and overpopulation of animals.
