At just 1.5 years old and 44 pounds, this handsome Lab mix is pure sunshine wrapped in fur. Diesel is the kind of pup who always looks like he’s smiling because, well… he is! His tail never stops wagging, and his sweet, submissive nature makes him an instant favorite wherever he goes. He has that special gift of making everyone feel right at home.
Diesel loves the great outdoors — especially chasing balls (he’s still working on the “bringing it back” part, but hey, nobody’s perfect 😄). When playtime is over, he transforms into a professional cuddle champion. Couch snuggles? Yes, please. Soaking up love and attention? Absolutely. Being your loyal shadow? That’s his specialty.
This smart sweetheart is house-trained, knows commands like “sit,” and proudly walks into his playpen when asked. He’s eager to please and loves showing off what a good boy he is. More about this rescue
We're a home-based rescue, so there's always someone around to care for the dogs. Most of our dogs are allowed to roam the main yard (as long as they behave themselves), and we have several food and water stations throughout. Every evening, the dogs are tucked into our kennel building with soft bedding.
Our focus is family-friendly dogs who get along with everyone. Of course, we sometimes don't know a dog's temperament until we meet, but we work hard to ensure dogs are going to the right homes for them.
