Baby is an adorable DSH brown tabby female born approximately 5/5/2025.
Hi, I’m Baby — and I truly lived up to my name from the very beginning!
I just so happened to land on the front porch of a colony manager (talk about being in the right place at the right time!) I was trapped and taken in for TNR alongside a few much older kitties — that’s why my ear is tipped. But once everyone realized how sweet and young I was, it was clear I wasn’t meant to go back outside. I was meant for a forever home.
I’ve fully embraced indoor life and all its wonderful perks. Cozy beds? Love them. Reliable meals? Yes, please. Playtime with my foster friends? The best part of my day! I’m a playful, happy girl who loves to zoom around and then crash for a well-earned nap.
I truly thrive with feline companionship, and I’ve formed a very special bond with my foster brother, Ralphie. We play together, nap together, and give each other confidence. We’re a package deal and would love nothing more than to find a forever home where we can stay side by side.
If you’re looking for a sweet, social girl who will bring joy, energy, and double the love (with Ralphie!), I’m ready to meet you.
Baby is microchipped and currently in a loving foster home. Her adoption fee is $105.

Adopters must be 21 years or older and willing to invest the time and money required to care for a pet. In addition to providing love and attention, regular medical care is required. Please ask if you would like more information about veterinary fees and costs.
Our animals come from a variety of situations. Some have been dumped at shelters or vets, and many are ill or malnourished when rescued. Although the animal has been in a protected environment, there is the possibility of unrecognized illness appearing after an adoption is finalized, especially because of the stress the animal may experience during the first few days at its new home. We advise adopters of the animal's known history and provide its veterinary records, but frequently we know only what the animal chooses to tell us. We cannot make any guarantee regarding the long-term health of any animal. Adoption fees are generally not refundable unless prior arrangements are made.
If you feel that you are ready to adopt, please e-mail adoptions@nbcrtx.org for prompt attention. A NBCR adoption counselor will contact you to arrange an interview.
