Found as a terrified stray, Dorito has been slowly learning to trust and is blossoming into a sweet, playful companion.He loves using the doggy door to take his toys outside, where he entertains himself by tossing them around. He enjoys being brushed, is now taking treats from his foster’s hand, and is gradually getting used to a leash. More about this rescue
We're a home-based rescue, so there's always someone around to care for the dogs. Most of our dogs are allowed to roam the main yard (as long as they behave themselves), and we have several food and water stations throughout. Every evening, the dogs are tucked into our kennel building with soft bedding.
Our focus is family-friendly dogs who get along with everyone. Of course, we sometimes don't know a dog's temperament until we meet, but we work hard to ensure dogs are going to the right homes for them.
