Meet Dorito! This 5-year-old, 28-pound mixed-breed pup had a tough beginning, but with the help of his devoted foster, he’s made remarkable strides. Once a frightened stray, Dorito is learning to trust and is blossoming into a gentle, playful companion.
Dorito delights in using the doggy door to carry his toys outside, where he happily entertains himself by tossing them around. He enjoys being brushed, has started taking treats directly from his foster’s hand, and is slowly becoming comfortable on a leash. Inside the home, he’s calm, quiet, and appears to be house-trained.
Dorito would do best in a patient, loving home—ideally with another dog to help build his confidence. If you have a kind heart and a little extra love to give, Dorito may be the perfect addition to your family.

Once your application is approved you will be contacted by the rescue and discuss the dog you are interested in and transportation.

Adoptions include spay/neuter, vaccines, microchip, health certificate and transportation.

Adoption fees:
Puppies under 6 months: $350
Dogs over 6 months: $300
(Special adoption fee applies to some dogs and puppies)
Located in Boerne, TX and transport all across United States for a $300 transport fee.

We're a home-based rescue, so there's always someone around to care for the dogs. Every evening, the dogs are tucked into our kennel building with soft bedding.
Our focus is family-friendly dogs who get along with everyone. Of course, we sometimes don't know a dog's temperament until we meet, but we work hard to ensure dogs are going to the right homes for them.
