My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Osa – A Gentle Soul Looking for a Quiet Forever Home

Osa is a beautiful senior lady with soft, fluffy dilute grey fur that’s as elegant as her gentle spirit. She may be shy at first, but give her the time and space she needs and you’ll discover a deeply sweet and affectionate companion.

Osa prefers a calm, predictable environment where she can truly feel safe. She’s not a fan of other cats and would thrive best as the only pet in a peaceful home. Because of her sensitive nature, Osa is also looking for an adult-only household—no kids, please!

If you’re someone who understands the quiet rewards of earning a shy cat’s trust, Osa may just be your perfect match. Come meet this lovely lady and let her show you how beautiful companionship can bloom at its own pace.

Go meet their pets

Our adoption center is located in Historic Buford, Ga. It is a "Cat Cafe" but we don't serve food, just coffee and tea and an occasional pastry for our guests. Visitors are welcome even if they are not adopting one of our kitties, however all visits are now by appointment only. It is a house set up just for the rescued cats and kittens of CatRangers. There are no cages and kitties are able to lounge in various areas of the house and greet you. The kitties at CatRangers adjust to their new homes very quickly because they already live in home like environment, yet every one of them was a "last chance" kitty in a dire situation. Our center is also a small retail area for cat oriented gifts and all proceeds from the retail benefit the CatRangers rescue. You can request an appointment by emailing info@catrangers.org or by calling 770-831-5513 (email is usually better). Our regular hours are from 12-5 on Saturday and Sunday and 11-4 Tuesday and Thursday and 11-1 Monday, Wednesday and Friday but these may vary with COVID.
