Charlie the Chug along with his siblings was born and raised under a porch but he does not have any animosity towards the life he was delt. He grew up outside but has learned life is fantastic in the house! Charlie, his brother Carson, and his little sister Rosie Sue have been in a loving foster home for almost a month now! They have all been fully vetted. Charlie is ready to find a family to love and cherish him like a part of the family!
