Jasper is a fun little beagle who showed up on someone’s property in the south. Possibly drawn there by her two dogs as he loves other dogs. When comfortable, he is active and playful, however, he is still learning to live in a home and be around people. He takes a bit to warm up but is friendly, curious and observant, just cautious. He will do best in a home with another dog he can model his behavior after, a secure fenced-in yard, a quieter home and children over 6 years old.
Jasper is being fostered south of Boston.
