Looking for a furry friend to liven up your home? Look no further than Jasper!

This charming male kitten is a perfect blend of playful energy and gentle companionship. He loves to romp and play, but is also well-behaved and gets along famously with other animals. Jasper's ideal home is one that's active and loving, where he can share his endless affection with his new family. Could that be you?

We estimate his birthday to be May 15, 2025. Jasper and his family were rescued in the City of Poughkeepsie, NY.

Our required adoption donation is $150 per kitten or $125 per cat (older than 9 months). All our rescues are up to date on shots, microchipped, tested for FIV/FeLV/Heartworm. They are dewormed, treated for parasites and free of fleas. Each is spayed or neutered and given a rabies vaccination.

We require a completed application, and make all calls to references.
If potential adopter has other pets they must be up to date on vaccines (unless otherwise recommended by a licensed vet) and that all cats must be tested for FIV/FeLV.
We have an adoption donation of $150 per kitten and $125 per adult cat.
We require a signed contract upon adoption.

We are the Adoption Partner with Poughkeepsie Petsmart, where cats and kittens are cared for in the store. We also have cats and kittens in private foster.

More about this rescue

Our mission is to rescue and care for stray and homeless animals while providing humane education to the community.
We work with members of the community to help cats in need. We conduct trap/neuter/return and place projects and train home and business owners on how to properly care for free roaming cats on their property and in their neighborhoods.
We focus in southern Dutchess County, but help people throughout Dutchess, Putnam and Orange counties by connecting them with local rescues that can work with them, loaning equipment, coordinating spay/neuter clinics and offering guidance.
