Meet Ginger — a gorgeous orange tabby with all the classic “orange cat energy.” This spirited girl is playful, curious, and full of personality. She loves exploring, chasing toys, and adding a little fun and chaos to everyday life.
Before coming to the rescue, Ginger was dumped while pregnant on a rural property, left to fend for herself. Despite that rough start, she proved to be an amazing mom — and now that her three kittens have all been adopted, she’s finally getting to enjoy the lazy cat life she deserves.
Now spayed and ready to relax, Ginger is learning that cozy naps, good food, and safe places to snooze are just as great as her playful adventures. She enjoys being petted and will happily soak up attention from her humans once she feels comfortable. With her spunky charm and sunny personality, Ginger is ready to bring a little sparkle and warmth to her forever home.
Born in August 2024, Ginger is being fostered in Fort Worth, TX, and is ready to bring just the right amount of spice to your life!

OUR CATS ARE FOSTERED IN TEXAS BUT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AND TRANSPORT OUT OF STATE. Read below for more information.
All our cats are fostered in Texas but available for transport out of state. Our cats are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As Mutts N Such direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc).
Our out of state adoption fee is $250 plus transport fee (varies by location). This fee includes age appropriate, vaccinations, registered microchip, testing for FIV and FELV, and a fecal analysis. Cats will be spayed/neutered if over 6 months of age. Cats will also be current on prevention. A health exam will be completed, and a certificate will be issued by a veterinarian within 10 days of departure.
Note: MNS reserves the right to deny any application that is deemed unsuitable for the animal. Please be aware that our animal adoptions are NOT on a first come- first serve basis. Our sole purpose is to find the best possible home for the animals that fall under our care.
