Here's what the humans have to say about me:

While out trapping cats in the borough, Waldo walked up to a volunteer and insisted he wanted to go along. We assume someone had dumped him. He is a super sweet boy who is loving life at his foster home. He is great with other cats and dogs!! He loves telling endless stories and snuggling up for a good nap!!
