Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Kenzi, DOB 12-2023.
Kenzi is a gorgeous polydactyl (extra toes!) cat whose mom is a Sphynx. True to her ancestry, Kenzi is people oriented, curious, athletic, and playful.
Kenzi loves wand toys and any plaything with feathers or catnip. She's already proven her athleticism by catching an errant mouse, is an avid fly hunter, and loves boxes. What cat doesn't?
Kenzi is being fostered with dogs that are well behaved and respectful of cats. Kenzi is a confident, rather dominant girl. She would not do well in a home with another dominant cat, and prefers to hang out with chill, gentle cats who understand that she's in charge. As always, slow introductions are a MUST.
This smart, funny, confident, super affectionate girl is looking for her forever human. Could that be you? Ask to meet her today. She'll be waiting for you.

Adoption fee $100 for adult (over 12 months old) and $125 for kitten (under 12 months old). All cats coming into your care will be delivered altered (spayed/neutered), tested for FIV/FELV, microchipped, have received age-appropriate vaccines, treated for fleas and worms. We are not first come, first serve. We try to match our kitties with the purrfect home.
Silverton Cat Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We are an all-volunteer organization. All our kitties are in foster care. We ask that you be patient with us as we connect you to the foster to set up a meet and greet.
Most of our kittens are placed in bonded pairs. One of the most important ways we can support the behavioral and emotional development of a kitten is to make sure they’ve got a friend. Despite the common belief that cats are solitary animals, they’re actually incredibly social beings who thrive when they have feline friends from an early age. That’s why the cat experts always recommend adopting two kittens, or adopting a solo kitten only if you already have another young cat in the home for the kitten to befriend. It may come as a surprise to hear this, but two kittens are actually half the work of one! Giving your kitten a buddy will improve the lives of the cats while also making your life easier.
In order to make sure cats under our care go to the safest and most compatible homes we require adoptees to fill out our Rescue’s application and accept a home visit. Please fill out an application: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/SIL/Cat or email us at silvertonrescue@gmail.com for more information.
