Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hermes is a sweet 2-year-old pit bull with a big heart and an even bigger love for attention. While Hermes does have some lady friends in playgroup, he mostly just prefers to be with his people and will ignore other dogs while out on walks. He`s very affectionate and a happy pup and you`ll often find him is his kennel staring at you and his butt moving a mile a minute waiting for your attention.
On one of his Dogs Day Out`s, his date for the day wrote this, `Hermes was in a lot of new situations with us and he handled everything like a champ. So very chill! He was around kids age 8 to 13, the elderly – one of whom was bedbound, strangers in a store. Food, toys, car rides - He was great with everyone and everywhere.` And another wrote this, `He has the silliest smile when you hit a good spot during pets! ` Need we say more?

Have identification showing your current address
Have landlord permission to own a dog if you are a tenant
Meet and greet with any resident dogs or children 9 and under
Adoption Questionnaire
Before you can spend time with a dog, there is a brief questionnaire that you will need to fill out. Our staff will review these questions with you in order to help you decide which dog is the right fit for you, your family, and your lifestyle. This information is confidential and will be used only to assist our staff in determining the best possible placement. Please spend the time necessary to make the best possible decision for you AND the dog you may adopt.

The cost to adopt a dog is $95, $170 for a puppy. This includes:
DHLP, Parvo Vaccination, Rabies Vaccination and Bordatella
Heartworm test for age appropriate dogs

Although dogs receive initial vaccinations from us, please make an appointment to see your veterinarian within ten to 14 days after you take your new dog home for a complete and thorough physical examination, and to continue with vaccinations as necessary.
