Andy is a super handsome mini panther. He loves to play, especially with his sister, Raggedy Ann, and he is also super cuddly! He purrs a lot and likes to be picked up and held. He gets along well with other cats, kittens, and dogs. He is a very affectionate guy who would be purrfect for any home!

Our shelter facility opened it's doors August 4th, 2011.
Our mission is to prevent suffering, neglect, abuse and cruelty to animals through community awareness and education, promoting responsible pet ownership and ending the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable animals in Pawnee County, Kansas. Since 2005, we have helped over 2,000 lost, stray, dumped, or relinquished animals to find loving homes.
