Meet Blu, a handsome 5(ish)-year-old boy with a heart of gold. This charming gentleman, previously known in his younger puppy days as 'Walnut', recently found himself back with us at the shelter after a difficult situation and serious altercation with his canine housemate. While this situation was instigated by the other dog (Lola) in the home, the difficult decision was made to return both dogs due to the concern of any further injury and for the safety of those living in the home. Blu's former family adored him, describing him as 'the best boy' with 'an old soul,' and it's clear he was a cherished member of their family. Now, Blu is looking for a patient and loving home where he can once again be the center of someone's world.
