Named after Fire Lord Zuko from Avatar: The Last Airbender, this guy’s story arc is less “villain redemption” and more “couch conquest.”
Our Zuko does not bend fire, water, air, or earth. But air sniffing? He’s an expert. The air doesn’t stand a chance.
Zuko’s idea of balance involves equal parts long walk and long nap, followed by light (or heavy) snacks and sincere appreciation for soft furniture. He is a loyal companion with a curious nose, a happy heart, and an enthusiasm for exploring that rivals any animated hero’s journey.
You bring the snacks, he’ll bring the charm. Meet Zuko at the Fredericksburg SPCA

Our adoption process is easy! No home visits, no reference checks. We have many dogs and cats available for adoption.
Our adoption fee includes spay/neuter surgery, microchip & registration, basic vaccines, rabies vaccine (4 months and older), age-appropriate blood testing (6 months and older), flea/tick/heartworm treatments, and deworming.
As a non-profit organization, our adoption fees help us to offset some of these costs.

Our Mission…
Creating positive change for the animals in our community through compassionate care and outreach.
Our Vision…
A safe, happy community for all people and animals.
The key to any successful organization or venture is a strong leadership backbone. And that is no exception here at the Fredericksburg SPCA. We wouldn't be able to change so many lives, human and animal alike, without the dedication of the following individuals.
