At just 7 months old, Apollo is a bundle of joy wrapped in fur. This sweet, loving pup hasn’t met a person he doesn’t adore—and the feeling is always mutual. Whether it’s playtime in the yard or cuddle time on the couch, Apollo brings sunshine wherever he goes.
He’s playful, curious, and always up for an adventure—especially if treats are involved! Apollo’s still young, so he’s learning the ropes, but his eagerness to please and affectionate nature make him a dream to train and bond with.
If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will greet every day (and every visitor) with tail wags and heart-melting charm, Apollo is ready to meet you.

Their adoption process

Submit Application

You are welcome to fill out the application online at https://animalarkmn.org/adopt/ or in person at the Animal Ark (2600 Industrial Court).

2.
Meet the Pet

Please call ahead to make sure that the pet you are interested in is at the Ark and someone is available to show you the pet.

3.
Approve Application

Home Check

For Cats we do a virtual home visit once the application is approved. For Dogs we do an in person home visit after we do a meet and greet.

5.
Take the Pet Home

Once a home visit is done and approved, we will set up a day and time for you to sign a contract and take the pet home!

Additional adoption info

We do not do same day adoptions.

Adoption Fees:
• Dogs and puppies: $200-$800
• Adult Cats: $180
• Kittens: $225
• Senior Cats: $125
