My name is Shelly!

This little tabby girl is just over a year old herself, but she’s already proven to be a resilient little mama. Shelly was found living under a bridge, scared and alone. Just a few hours after being rescued, she gave birth to a single kitten (Sandy). Despite her young age and rough start, Shelly has the gentlest soul. Shelly is quiet and affectionate once she feels safe—she loves soft beds, slow head scratches, and calm energy. She has done great in her foster home with other cats and especially kittens. She may start off a little shy, but she warms up quickly and has so much love to give. Shelly deserves a peaceful home where she can finally just be a cat—not a survivor, not a mom, just a sweet companion. Shelly is incredibly sweet and a quiet velcro buddy. She loves to follow you around and is always down for a nap. Her favorite hobbies are looking at herself in a mirror (or oven door), playing with any toy, using a scratch post, and grooming kittens (that usually aren't even hers). Shelly is the perfect cat. Genuinely so sweet and deserving of the perfect home.
