Kasey is a very, very active and smart dog who needs a home where they can keep her mind busy. Please call the shelter directly if you would like to hear more about her. 970-887-2988

More about this shelter

The Grand County Animal Shelter works closely with Grand County Pet Pals (501(c)(3). Grand County Pet Pals was established to assist the shelter with its spay/neuter program. Together, the shelter and Pet Pals have several programs to fulfill our mission of responsible pet ownership within Grand County. We raise funds to provide 100% spay/neuter and certain veterinary care if necessary for all animals at the shelter. We also provide spay/neuter vouchers to pet owners with financial need.
We gain support for these programs through membership, general and memorial donations and from many of the Grand County businesses. In addition, we conduct several fundraising events throughout the year including the Doggie Drag, Pet Pictures with Santa, microchip events, and more.
We actively seek and welcome volunteers, fundraising ideas, and unique ways to educate and support our community in regard to responsible pet ownership and doing our part to become a nation with no more homeless pets.
